PVC coated polyester weave fabric with PVDF Lacquer

Typically a low – wick strong polyester weave base cloth is coated with PVC coatings to provide weather resistance and finishing PVDF lacquers as top coats to add extra performance.

Fabrics of this type are produced by a range of manufacturers, in a range of strength grades and in the lighter weight fabrics (suitable for small structures) in a range of colours.

The material is strong and flexible and is used in a wide range of architectural applications including free form and fixed edge structures where full weather protection is required.

It is used in structures ranging from market style umbrellas and awnings, carparks, walkways and shelters to pavilions and grandstands and other fixed roof structures.

This material has a typical life expectancy of 20 years.
