Our Projects

Stony Creek Racecourse

A grand entrance into the fully coated tension structure market. Oasis assembled an experienced team to design and construct the PVC roof canopy for Racing Victoria and Stony Creek Race Club in West Gippsland, Victoria. The redevelopment of the track facilities included the TAB and dining room. The coated fabric structure serves as a waterproof link between these two and the bookmaker’s area.

Oasis’s scope included all works commencing with the conceptual design and progressing toward the development of a complete design solution. The structure nestles into the site over the betting ring linking adjacent structures whilst also avoiding nearby trees. It provides a utilitarian space for use by the local Football and Netball clubs that also share the Racing Club Reserve.

All components including steelwork, fabric, cables and fittings were fabricated offsite and assembled with precision.
