The architect for this project, Payne Pattenden, created a series of overlapping sails manufactured from Ferrari 502S PVC. Carefully configured to provide shade and rain protection, the sails connected at varying heights to the building facade.

The overall effect was to soften the harshness of the building and blend it with the landscaped garden. The space underneath the canopy is now used for relaxation and entertainment
